Taking the common linear vibrating screen as an example, the linear vibrating screen we usually see is driven by two vibration motors. When the two vibration motors rotate synchronously and in reverse, the exciting force generated by the eccentric blocks cancels each other out in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and combines into a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis. As a result, the motion trajectory of the screening machine is a straight line. The two motor shafts have a certain inclination angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined action of the exciting force and the force of material's own gravity, the material is thrown up and moves forward in a jumping motion on the screen surface, achieving the purpose of screening and grading the material. During use, the equipment needs regular maintenance, and there are several points that need our attention.
1. In the initial stage of operation, check the bolts at least once a day to prevent loosening.
2. When using the equipment after a long period of inactivity, measure the insulation resistance with a 500V megohmmeter, which should be greater than 0.5 megohms.
3. The vibrating screen and screen carrier are equipped with special damping rubber to achieve a longer service life. The rubber strip should be properly positioned between them, and damaged damping rubber strips should be replaced.
4. If the motor rotation direction does not meet the requirements, adjust the power phase sequence.
5. After accumulating 1500 hours of operation, check the bearings. If there is severe damage, replace them immediately.
6. The tension plate angle of the linear vibrating screen is adjustable. When installing the screen, loosen the guide angle bolts so that the upper and lower screens can move. Properly place the screens, tighten the first tension screw to apply slight pressure, and then drive the guide angle until the screen is on the screen and tighten the bolts in the direction.
7. When replacing the woven mesh, ensure that the gap hook between the side plate of the screen box and the screen is equal to the first fastening pressure, and maintain uniform tension with the tensioned tension plate. Check the tension. Insufficient or uneven contact is an important reason for premature damage to the screen.
8. When disassembling the vibrating screen, carefully disassemble it from the outside to the inside to avoid damaging the parts. Especially when removing the balance wheel, it must be removed. The removed parts should be cleaned one by one and carefully inspected. If any damage is found, repair or replace it in time.
